The Course
The course of the Wörthersee Gravel Race has been further developed and optimized for 2025 to offer an even better riding experience. With challenging climbs and spectacular views of Lake Wörthersee, it combines a sporting challenge with incomparable nature. The new adjustments make the route even smoother, more varied and guarantee a real gravel highlight in the pioneering region of Wörthersee-Rosental.
Gralf – the legend
In the deep forests around Lake Wörthersee lived a mischievous creature known as the “Wörtherseemandl Gralf”. This cheeky little fellow threatened the people in the area with capricious pranks unless they paid him tribute. But the brave inhabitants of the region refused to be intimidated and decided to stand up to the Wörtherseemandl.
